Leo Messi is now Argentina's all-time leading appearance maker after having featured for the 148th time. The Albiceleste skipper secured the record in the 4-1 triumph over Bolivia, in which he bagged a brace and provided an assist in the final group-stage game at the Copa América. Argentina will now do battle with Ecuador in the quarter-finals.

The Argentine national team, led by captain Leo Messi, will round off their Copa América group-stage campaign when they face off against Bolivia. The Albiceleste currently lie top of Group A with seven points to their name.
